We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. It is recommended you track your package using the supplied tracking number.

When Making A Return

At this time, we do not offer refunds. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, review our return exclusions, then you have seven days from the delivery date to return the item for store credit.

Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

Be sure to include a copy of invoice and reason for return form with your return.  

Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Please note return exclusions:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer 

  • Items not returned in original packaging

  • Items not returned in original condition

  • Items that have been laundered

  • Panties/Hosiery/Swimwear

  • Items with tags removed

  • Items that smell of marijuana/cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume

  • Items that have lotion or body glitter on them

  • Items that have animal/pet hair on them

  • Items that are soiled or stained

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Items marked final sale 

 

The above items are not eligible for returns and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
